These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LACI website and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing or ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We strive to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, though actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise shown and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to update prices and correct any errors at any time.

Your order is an offer to purchase. Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email; this acknowledges receipt and does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. Where we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

We ship worldwide via DHL. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on the carrier and customs. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for full details on zones, costs and duties.

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Sale items and personalised pieces may be final sale where indicated.

All content on this website — including imagery, text, graphics and the LACI name and logo — is the property of LACI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LACI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
