Shipping & Delivery

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide, giving you fully tracked, door-to-door delivery with signature on receipt. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number so you can follow every step of the journey.

Your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight of your order, so you always see the exact amount before you pay. Simply select your country during checkout to view the applicable rate. Singapore orders ship free on totals over S$150.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sale periods and new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will always receive a dispatch notification once your parcel is on its way.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any duties payable are separate from the shipping cost charged at checkout.

Once dispatched, use the DHL tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to monitor delivery in real time at dhl.com. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us on WhatsApp.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item is faulty. Please reach out to our team to initiate a return or exchange.
