Where does LACI ship?
LACI ships worldwide to over 100 countries with DHL Express. Every order is fully tracked, door-to-door, with signature on receipt.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order, so you see the exact amount before you pay. Singapore orders ship at a flat rate of S$10, and every order over S$500 ships free worldwide.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, DHL Express typically delivers within 2–5 business days depending on your destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are separate from the shipping cost charged at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number. Use it at dhl.com to follow delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, message us on WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item is faulty.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Message our team on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Care instructions are provided on each garment's label. In general, we recommend gentle handling to preserve the fabric and finish; follow the specific guidance on the label for best results.
Payments & Pricing
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices are shown in your local currency where available, defaulting to Singapore Dollars (SGD). Your order is charged in SGD at checkout.
Do new customers get a discount?
Yes. New members receive 10% off their first order. Create an account to claim the discount, which is applied automatically at checkout on your first purchase.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
